I've been a frequent customer of city Liquors for over 15 years. Always had great help, suggestions for products not even on the shelf. This is a tourist town and unfortunatley you'll get a bad experience from time to time, but to defame the whole store based on a one time event is ridiculous and juvenile.
I even know the people by name, thats how friendly it is. I've seen tourists come in like it's their hometown and expect people to jump at their beckon call. Respect goes both ways. Be polite and it'll be returned in kind.
